• The ATHLETE hereby acknowledges that TPP (THE PELOTON PROJECT) makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, and does not guarantee individual results. The minimum services as chosen package are guaranteed.

• The ATHLETE and not TPP is personally responsible for the achievement of individual performance goals using the guidance and tools given by TPP.

​

• The ATHLETE understands and agrees that he/she assumes the risk of participating in the services, training, activities and racing recommended by TPP that can be inherently dangerous and carries with it the potential for death, serious injury and loss of property.

• The ATHLETE confirms that he/she has not been advised against participation by a qualified health professional. In consideration of this agreement, the ATHLETE hereby indemnifies, releases and forever discharges TPP and any of its staff from any liability, claims, losses, costs, or expenses, and waives the right to pursue legal action against TPP or any of its staff arising directly or indirectly from the ATHLETE’s participation in the services, including claims or damages resulting from death, personal injury, partial or permanent disability or property damage, medical or economic losses.

• A one month notice period shall be applicable to cancel coaching/training plan services.

​

• TPP maintains a strong anti-doping policy. If it is suspected or confirmed that the ATHLETE is infringing on any of the World Anti Doping and/or Drugfree Sport South Africa regulations, coaching/trainingplans to the ATHLETE will be suspended with immediate affect.

• This waiver shall be binding upon the ATHLETE’S heirs, assignees, successors and personal representatives. The ATHLETE hereby further states that he/she currently suffers from no physical or mental condition that would impair his/her ability to fully participate in coaching provided by TPP.

• The ATHLETE represents and warrants that he/she is twenty one (21) years of age. Should the ATHLETE not be twenty one (21 years )or older, at least one parent / guardian has to fill in his/her name below so to have agreed to terms and conditions set out between the ATHLETE and TPP.
